Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any item returned without being defective/damaged in transit will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns will normally be accepted after receipt of parts and after materials are ordered for fueling systems and tanks, with exception of warranty items. Returns must be received in unused resalable condition (new and in original package), with the exception to warranty claims. Returns caused by customer ordering errors or CANCELLED after shipment may be charged round-trip freight, and a restocking fee dependent upon the manufacturer’s return policies. All returns are prepaid by the customer unless specified otherwise. RETURN MERCHANDISE may require an RMA number assigned prior to shipment.

WARRANTY ITEMS must be returned, once the item is inspected and if the warranty is approved, a replacement, repair, or credit will be issued at our discretion.

Time / Contact Info: Must contact us via email or phone within 3 business days of receiving the item to initiate a return/refund.

Method of Refund: Refund (if approved) will be returned either by the same method used for payment or store credit
Condition: Unless stated or approved otherwise, the item must be returned in the same condition ordered (new in box, etc.)
Charges: Unless approved otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping and a possible restocking fee.

Damage

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days.
